Louise Oldham
Hi I’m Louise Oldham I became a personal trainer to help people feel comfortable in a gym environment. I believe that everyone should, no matter their ability or fitness level be able to exercise safely under my guidance. By making training and nutrition simple for the individual to follow consistently.
My personal experiences and journey through fat loss and training have allowed me to understand the physical and mental demands of making a change for the better.
Over the years of training, I developed my skill set and confidence to compete in powerlifting and functional fitness events. Keeps me motivated and always learning new things to live a fulfilled and healthy lifestyle.
I have many hobbies away from coaching at Tribe, I love going horse riding, reading a good book, and going for long walks with my family.

David Titley
Hello, I’m David and I’m a Level 3 Personal Trainer and MNU Certified Nutritionist with over 10 years of experience in coaching 1-2-1 and group classes.
During that time I’ve helped hundreds of people transform their bodies and minds by helping improve their mobility, strength, fitness, and overall outlook on their health.
My main successes have been; working with fat loss clients by working with my clients to implement different nutrition strategies to help them lose weight.
And also taking total beginners to the gym to have safe and effective techniques throughout the wide range of exercises they perform in the gym.
There’s nothing more satisfying as a Coach than seeing clients go on that journey from Day 1 to gaining the confidence to be able to train themselves and continue to hit some big PBs as the years go by.
I love getting to know my clients and building a great working relationship with them, which is key to getting the best out of them.
I feel privileged to be in this position where I can really make a positive impact on so many people’s lives!
I wouldn’t change this job for the world, plus I think I’m allergic to manual labour, so plumbing was never for me anyway.

Tom Mcgowan
Hi, I’m Tom Mcgowan owner and coach at Tribe Strength,
I have been part of the fitness industry now for a decade and love being able to impact people’s lives for the better on a daily basis.
Starting off my career as a personal trainer, the early years provided me with valuable experience on how to coach people effectively. Being able to understand your goals and how to incorporate fitness and training into your lifestyle.
Fast forward to 2017, an opportunity arose to open Tribe Strength and provide an environment that is inclusive for anyone wanting help with their health, fitness, and lifestyle. The space and gym have grown over the years to now provide an established center for people to make training part of their lifestyle and not just a quick fix.
I am proud to have worked with so many amazing people over the years and learned so much from those interactions that the Tribe can now really help anyone looking to make a positive change with their fitness.
We will make you strong, fit, and healthy! and you’ll always finish a class or session with a smile on your face!

JAKE JENKINS
Hey, I’m Jake. I’ve been in the fitness industry for nearly two years now, and coaching runs in the family—my mum, Louise, is also part of the Tribe coaching team.
I’m a big believer in moving with great technique, and I’ve got a knack for making people feel comfortable while they train. I love seeing people progress, build healthier habits with their training and lifestyle, and get the most out of their life.
Outside of the gym, I enjoy eating good food, spending time with friends, and I grew up doing a lot of skating and scootering. Oh, and I’m pretty proud of my pull-ups!
