I can't imagine going to any other gym. The coaches do an amazing job setting up tough and rewarding programmes. I mostly do the strength classes and I feel my strength has improved so much over the 4 years I have been at Tribe, I don't think I would have achieved that anywhere else and on my own. It is a great community and have made some good friends! Everyone is friendly and supportive. Always look forward to go to the classes.

This is a small, very friendly community gym, with a great social side to it. The highly motivated and committed trainers keep classes and workouts varied for maximum gain, helping you achieve your full potential. Lots of different classes and programs to try, attended by a mixture of ages and fitness levels. I have been in and out of gyms over the years and can honestly say.... it's the best I've been to.

I joined Tribe after moving nearby last year, I’ve always been active but mostly doing loads of cardio…..Since joining Tribe however, I’ve realised that strength and power is so important too and comes from good technique which is what all of the instructors focus on with everyone. I’ve learnt so much from these very knowledgeable people and no you don’t need to run miles every day to burn calories and stay fit, Just join Tribe! The most friendliest of gyms and my happy place 🏋️

Tribe is a great place to train. There are tonnes of classes to fit all schedules and abilities which will help you reach your goals whatever they are. Tom and the team are brilliant and keep the sessions varied so their tough but also fun. I've never enjoyed working out until I came to tribe - now I'm there most days and genuinely really enjoy it. It's more than just a gym at Tribe - the members are so welcoming and alongside the coaches make it a great community. I never thought I'd want to learn power or olympic lifting but these are my favourite sessions alongside some hard but rewarding cardio sessions to keep me fit! Join our Tribe - you won't regret it!
